Ticket Refunds

UFPA's policy prohibits refunds on tickets except in the case of an issue cancellation or date alter. If you are unable to attend a UFPA-presented event, you may donate your ticket(due south) to the box role, thus allowing some other patron(s) to purchase them and bask the performance. The ticket(southward) must have been purchased through the Phillips Center Box Part or via UFPA'south website,* and must be returned at least 24 hours prior to the functioning. Ticket Exchanges

Rush Tickets

Blitz tickets for seats in the balcony may be available for select UFPA-presented performances two hours prior to the consequence start fourth dimension at a discounted rate. Tickets are available only at the Phillips Middle or University Auditorium Box Office. There is no guarantee that rush tickets will be available for a detail event.

UF Student Tickets

UFPA offers discounted tickets to UF students to many performances. Educatee tickets range in price from $ten-twenty depending on the result.  (Check the performance result page for pricing information.)  Tickets may exist purchased in person at the Phillips Heart Box Office, by calling 352.392.2787 or 800.905.2787, or online. Each student may pick up just one ticket per performance with a valid Gator one card. (The Gator 1 card must say "Student" on it.) Not-UF students may purchase discounted balcony tickets for select performances. Tickets are bailiwick to availability and may be express for select events. Please note: The Gator 1 menu used for purchase must be presented for entry to the performance.

Children

Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to UFPA-presented events. Kid-in-lap tickets may be purchased for children two and under accompanied by an adult at a toll of $10 for many UFPA performances. All children must exist able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the functioning. Those unable to practise so, along with the adult accompanying them, volition be asked by an usher to exit the hall.

Late Seating Policy
